Description: Originally discovered in 1988, the Samantha San Miguel is a writer by day and critical care nurse by night.
Distribution and Habitat: The Samantha is a subtropical creature usually found roaming the Florida Atlantic coast, although she has been seen as far north as Yorkshire and as far south as Buenos Aires. Becomes sluggish in temperatures below 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
Relationship with Humans: Currently not classified as a threat to humans, although interactions before 9 AM are discouraged due to increased risk of aggression. Bites are infrequent and rarely fatal.
